BeScreened™–CRC is a blood-based test for colorectal cancer (CRC) screening specifically designed for those patients who are 45-years of age or older and have been unwilling or unable to participate in current recommended fecal-based CRC screening tests and colonoscopy procedures.

Ordering your BeScreened Test is easy!
For Arizona residents, Beacon has partnered with Sonora Quest Laboratories (SQL) to provide for sample collection and processing across the entire state through their network of 70+ patient service centers (PSC) and physician based in-office phlebotomists. Samples are then delivered directly to Beacon for testing and reporting.
Just download a BeScreened-CRC Test Requisition Form and take it to your doctor or any SQL PSC to get your blood drawn. Click here for a list of SQL PSCs near you. If you are in the Phoenix Metro area, you can also call Beacon (480-757-9037) and schedule and appointment at our lab for your draw.
For Out-of-State* residents and for Arizona residents that prefer at home health-care services:
Fill out and submit the BeScreened-CRC Test Order Form at the right.
Beacon will have one of its representatives contact you within 72-hours to confirm your information and schedule your blood draw at a location*, date and time that’s convenient for you. After we have confirmed the information provided, your BeScreened-CRC Test Kit will be mailed to you directly to give to the phlebotomist at one of our partnered patient service centers nearest you, or if it is available, through an at-home or in-office appointment.
The phlebotomist will collect and process your sample, mail it back to Beacon for testing, and a report will be available within 10-working days of your sample’s receipt by our lab for your doctor’s and your review.
